Yes, you can change your TIGER PAY account information in the following settings:

1. You can change your registered email address, which is your login ID and password, in the [General Settings] under [My Account]

2. After logging in, you can change your password by clicking [Change Password] under [My Account].

If you have forgotten your password, click [Forgot Your Password?] on the login page.

No, TIGER PAY does not charge an account maintenance fee.

However, please note that we may charge an account management fee for accounts with no transactions for more than 12 months.
