In accordance with legal compliance and anti-money laundering policies, you will need to add your bank details in advance for bank transfer deposits and withdrawals within your TIGER PAY Personal and Business accounts.
Once your bank details have been verified, simply select the bank you wish to use from the list when depositing or withdrawing, there is no need to re-enter your bank details.
Log in to your TIGER PAY account, click [My Account] and select [My Bank Information].
Please note that only Personal and Business account users can add their bank information.
Individual account users can only add banking information under their personal name.
Business account users can add bank information if they have an account with a financial institution in the name of a legal entity.
You can add as many bank accounts as you need, as long as you can provide the required bank information for verification.
No, you will not be able to change your bank information after submission.
However, you can delete the information and reapply after it has been rejected or approved.
If you need to change your address, you will need to submit additional supplementary documents.
