TIGER PAY is an e-wallet that supports multiple fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies in one digital platform. Tiger Pay supports bank deposits and withdrawals, cryptocurrency transfer and payout, free currency exchange, and inter-wallet transfers. Tiger Pay also offers its own international branded prepaid debit card to Personal and Business account users.

Yes, only customers over the age of 18 can create a TIGER PAY account.

As for the nationality restrictions, nationals in prohibited countries of FATF, OFAC, or similar organizations are not allowed to apply for TIGER PAY accounts. Please see the link below for reference.

You can deposit funds in your Tiger Pay account with the following methods:
– local bank transfer (Japan)
– international bank transfer
– cryptocurrency deposit
– Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB)

For local bank deposits (Japan), funds will be reflected on your account within 5-7 minutes or one business day at most, after the confirmation of deposit.

For international bank transfer, it will be reflected on your account within 3-5 business days (standard).

Please keep your bank transfer proof until you receive funds in your Tiger Pay account. Failure to provide proof of remittance may result in the failure of processing your request.

Please contact our Customer Support with remittance proof if you haven’t received your funds in your Tiger Pay account for more than 48 hours.

You may withdraw funds from your Tiger Pay account through the following methods:

It is based on blockchain approval time. If you have not received your funds, please check if you have entered the correct wallet address. You may also contact support with your proof of deposit.

You may send money to other parties using the [Internal Transfer] service. Both the sender and recipient need to have a Tiger Pay account to use this service.

You can ask another TIGER PAY user to transfer funds to you by sending a Money Request. If the other user accepts your money request, the funds will be transferred to your TIGER PAY account.

The TIGER PAY card is an international branded prepaid debit card that can be charged within your Tiger Pay account. The card can be used at many retail stores and online shops. You may also withdraw from your card in local and overseas ATM.

You can check online at portal site for the prepaid card. It is also possible to check at an ATM, but fees may be charged depending on the bank that handles the ATM.
