No, TIGER PAY does not support bank transfers to third parties.
We only support bank transfers to and from the registered bank account in your TIGER PAY account. However, we do not require bank account registration for domestic deposits only (Japan).
For example:
Possible:
TIGER PAY (own account) -> other user’s TIGER PAY account
Not possible:
TIGER PAY (own account) -> other user’s bank account
