The bank transfer service allows you to fund your TIGER PAY account by transferring funds from your registered bank account to the designated bank account of TIGER PAY.

You can deposit funds in your Tiger Pay account with the following methods:

– international bank transfer

– cryptocurrency deposit

– Pay easy deposit (only in Japan)

– Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB)

Please note that only Personal and Business account users can use the bank transfer service.

No, TIGER PAY does not support bank transfers to third parties.

We only support bank transfers to and from the registered bank account in your TIGER PAY account. However, we do not require bank account registration for domestic deposits only (Japan).

A reference number refers to a type of transaction identification number generated by the TIGER PAY system and is used for deposits through banks or other financial institutions. The reference number cannot be reused and must be obtained for each deposit.

Yes, a bank deposit fee of 5% will be charged and deducted from your deposit amount.

Some financial institutions may also charge a remittance fee.

For local bank deposits (Japan), funds will be reflected on your account within 5-7 minutes or one business day at most, after the confirmation of deposit.

For international bank transfer, it will be reflected on your account within 3-5 business days (standard).
