A reference number refers to a type of transaction identification number generated by the TIGER PAY system and is used for deposits through banks or other financial institutions. The reference number cannot be reused and must be obtained for each deposit.
NOTE: Please quote the reference no. and your name (eg: 3659912 Yamada Taro) in the payee information when making a deposit. Without the reference number, your transaction may fail or be delayed.
