How long does it take for the deposit to be reflected in my account? What should I do if my deposit is not reflected in my TIGER PAY account?

For local bank deposits (Japan), funds will be reflected on your account within 5-7 minutes or one business day at most, after the confirmation of deposit.

For international bank transfer, it will be reflected on your account within 3-5 business days (standard).

If you deposit on Friday, it may be the following Monday.

Please keep your bank transfer proof until you receive funds in your TIGER PAY account.

Failure to provide proof of remittance may result in the failure of processing your request.

Please contact our Customer Support or email us at (support@tiger-pay.com) with your remittance proof if you haven’t received your funds in your TIGER PAY account for more than 48 hours.
